Our Kitchenaid double oven has given us fits since we bought it. 12 years and many service calls later it went kaput! We went to Dick Van Dyke Appliance. Gary Zimmerman was our sales person. He guided us to a GE double oven. We had to replaced our Whirlpool microwave as well. Now we have a GE microwave. Gary was very knowledgeable. Shawn and Avery installed the double oven. They were polite, quick and cleaned up after the job was done. We love our new appliances! We really like the 5/10 warranty. We would use D.V.D. again.
