Under-promised, over-delivered! My two words to describe your company.
When I received this email, I called Annette to make an appointment. There wasn’t a wait. I immediately got a date. With two other companies, we not only waited for appointments to get an estimate, one company canceled…twice. We met with your guy who explained the possibilities because we had a ‘leveled’ shower and not one which water would run off easily. He was so helpful, I asked him to measure our upstairs shower for the next house project.
The next day, I received the estimate. Not two days or a week later. The NEXT day!!! I immediately called and committed to the great price.
This is when my husband and I thought we would be waiting for the next three weeks. When I got the call the glass was ready, I was so shocked I couldn’t believe it.
My husband took the duty to sit while the install happened. He sent me pictures at work which showed such great craftsmanship I shared with co-workers. They wanted a copy of the card to get their glass replaced immediately. I expected to come home to clean up some leftover mess. The installation guys even cleaned up after themselves. Awesome!!
All of this to say… Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Your team is amazing. Keep up the great work! I will share your company’s information with everyone, just like my friend shared with me.
