I have been attending Positive Changes Hypnosis for 3 months now and have noticed significant changes in my attitude and life along with losing weight. My sleeping habits have improved remarkably as no longer need to watch TV to fall asleep and sleep deeply through the entire night without waking up. My mental attitude has changed with great improvement from depression to being quite happy most of the time. I have lost about 5 lbs per month so far and now that I have included exercise in my routine, I am sure to lose much more in the future.
