My appointment was scheduled for the very next day when I called to have my carpet stretched. KEITH arrived on time, explained to me exactly what he was going to do, was very knowledgeable and professional and did an awesome job and cleaned up before he left. I decided I also needed to have the carpet cleaned and he was very helpful and called Kim in the office and I had the appt. for carpet cleaning scheduled for the very next day. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Carpet and will use them again in the future !
