Work was done correctly. There was some miscommunication regarding pick-up time. I needed the car done by 1 & communicated that. Unfortunately that message was not passed on and the car wasn't even up on the rack by 1. But they did offer a loaner car and went out of their way to accommodate when the 3 hour appt took longer than expected.
