Pioneer Real Estate Services is the owner of the subdivision Sarah's Creek in Pflugerville Texas. This company has a horrible track record involving payments. They will cash your checks and still charge you late fees days later which can add up to hundreds of dollars; even while disputing the charges. I have bank records to prove when they cashed it compared to the date of the late fee and I have sent copies of these bank records to their office, but all I was told was how much I owed and they refused to help me in any way. These people are extremely non-responsive when it comes to resolving their mistakes with payments. You can provide evidence, threaten to have your lawyer straighten them out and they will not contact you in return at all! What kind of customer service is this? I will tell you what kind: greedy jerks that only care about leeching as much money from you as possible. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau about their heinous practices. I suggest you do the same if you've been ripped off by them too! Also, these people LOVE to send grainy cell phone pictures of an out of control shrub or lawn on your property. They will send these pictures and threats of fines after A) It has just rained so everything is lush and growing fast B) Well after the lawn has already been taken care of. Pioneer should really think about dissolving their company and soon.
