Pawsitive Attention Pet Services has exceeded my expectations, though I must include that we haven't used any other pet services to compare them to. They had good reviews online, so we reached out to them, and Rachel responded immediately. She was very friendly but not overly friendly. She was straight forward and made the experience very easy. Jessica, the one who interacts directly with our pets, answered all of our questions and asked good questions, as well, about our pets. She is organized, responsible, and professional. She made us feel very secure. She always leaves us detailed messages about what's going on with our pets. She also gets to know us and our pets more and more each time we work with her. Rachel and Jessica seem to have a lot of common sense. If something unexpected were to happen, they are very reasonable in handling the situation. If we have any concerns, they are very responsive. They continue to build our trust. They really fit our personality. I couldn't think of switching to any other pet sitting company.
