We really like using Pawsitive Attention Pet Services. Rachel is very responsive. I can text her whenever I need her to come in and check on our cats and she always gets right back to me. I love that she posts pictures on her blog whenever she visits the animals. It's a great way to check in with the animals and see how they're doing. She is very friendly and good to work with. Her rates are comparable to everyone else that I looked at. She is personable and very caring to the animals. I've been going to Pawsitive Attention Pet Services for at least three years now and I feel like I know Rachel. She's been amazing. I had really sick cats and she changed really bad cat boxes. I'm a cat lover but when I didn't feel well, I allowed her to take my cats and stay with her--that's how much I trust her. I don't think you can trust anyone more than that. I love Pawsitive Attention Pet Services. I totally trust them with my cats because I can tell that my cats love them too. I can tell that they truly care for my pets. I notice that their litter boxes actually get emptied and cleaned up well, my cats are getting fed, and the pet service people stay and give them the attention and anything else they need. I was able to trust Rachel of Pawsitive Attention Pet Services with things that I wouldn't normally be able to trust others with. I have always been afraid to let people take care of my animals, plus I didn't like anyone in my house without me being home. When I had to have surgery and be in the hospital for a week, I hired Rachel to take care of my kitties. She came to my house beforehand, so I could give her the keys to my home. She was really wonderful. While she watched my kitties, she went above and beyond. She even did little things around the house for me. Rachel of Pawsitive Attention Pet Services was fantastic. We moved to Sacramento a little over a year ago. Because we were new to the area, we didn't know anyone who could pet sit our rabbit. We found Pawsitive Attention Pet Services online, and Rachel arranged a consultation, so she could meet us and our rabbit. She wanted to make sure she could find our house easily, and she wanted to get to know our house and our expectations. This initial meet and greet really impressed me. She hung out with Mittens for a bit. She was so knowledgeable, and I already felt comfortable leaving Mittens with her. She has watched him for days at a time for us. She will even water our plans, bring in the mail, bring in our trash bins, and send us pictures and videos of Mittens! We called her to pet sit last minute during Christmas one time, and she still made the time for us. Even though we told her not to worry about the trash, mail, or plants, she still went above and beyond for us. She ended up leaving us a Christmas card with some mixed greens as a present to our rabbit. I couldn't recommend her more highly. She is so responsive, committed, and flexible. Now, we know people in the area, but we still prefer to call her for when we go out of town. If you need a pet sitter, I would not hesitate to call Pawsitive Attention Pet Services! more

Pawsitive Attention Pet Services has exceeded my expectations, though I must include that we haven't used any other pet services to compare them to. They had good reviews online, so we reached out to them, and Rachel responded immediately. She was very friendly but not overly friendly. She was straight forward and made the experience very easy. Jessica, the one who interacts directly with our pets, answered all of our questions and asked good questions, as well, about our pets. She is organized, responsible, and professional. She made us feel very secure. She always leaves us detailed messages about what's going on with our pets. She also gets to know us and our pets more and more each time we work with her. Rachel and Jessica seem to have a lot of common sense. If something unexpected were to happen, they are very reasonable in handling the situation. If we have any concerns, they are very responsive. They continue to build our trust. They really fit our personality. I couldn't think of switching to any other pet sitting company. more

Pawsitive Attention Pet Services offers great advice on nutrition and pointed out when our dog was failing even though I didn't want to see it. Rachel is incredibly pleasant and extremely responsive. more

I have been dealing with them for a little under a year now. They are very quick. I email them when I need pet-sitting services and Rachel will always email me right back. 90 of the time they are available to accommodate me when I need them to. Jessica is great at attending to the dogs, she makes my dogs feel at home even though we are gone. I appreciate everything they do for us, they take great care of my dogs. In addition, they keep a log also so if I am gone for 2-3 days consecutively I know what is going on with them. When I get back I can go through the day with anything that happened while I was gone. They also send texts and pictueres, so they keep in constant contact while I am gone. more

I've had Pawsitive Attention Pet Services help on two occasions, for three weeks each time. Rachel would visit my two cats for thirty minutes daily. My cats absolutely adore her! Rachel even cleaned up around the house when she was here, not just after the cats, but things that I had left. I also liked that Rachel has a blog where she posts daily pictures of the pets. I was out of the country on both occasions and it was just nice to go on her blog and see that my pets were safe, healthy, and fine. more
