After over a week of calling to find out what was going on with the van and repeatedly having his assistant tell me ""Ah yes, we're still doing inspections,"" I finally went and got it back. They hadn't done anything to it, and their inspections didn't reveal anything Jiffylube hadn't already told me about after a 15 minute inspection.\r

""Severely disappointing"" puts my experience mildly.
