We prefer to use a local business for sales and
especially for service. We have been pleased with
the products in the past and expect to be happy with the new dryer. We had to wait a bit for the
delivery of the specific model, but it was o.k.
The technicians were prompt, helpful and very pleasant and skilled. They seemed to be in a bit of rush so the final touches, e.g. balancing the dryer, were not completed. Later afternoon on
a Friday may have been a consideration
