Matt from A J Rose arrived on time to stretch my existing carpet ( not installed by AJ). He warned me of the possibilty that the "bubbles" in my carpet might not come out. I took the chance and can not be happier with the results. My carpet is flat and as tight as an elastic. I wish I used AJ Rose in the first place.
