Not upscale. Horrible overpriced wine selection and gross frozen bar food that does not even compliment the wine offered. Took my friend here and was embarrassed the owner is rude and stood around on his cell phone and played on facebook while we waited for service...sad thing is we were the only patrons in there!! Horrible never going back...I can get better wine at sheetz next door. Dreary interior and bad music. Just aweful! So sad...but never going back. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
