James from Ocean Plumbing has done multiple jobs for me like unclogged a sink at my current house and replaced a garbage disposal. I just bought a house that required extensive plumbing repair so he fixed the pipes and stuff like that. The only thing I'm really arguing with him about is I need him for another job and I'm trying to beat down the price.
Other than that, he's friendly and he knows what he's doing.
