I will first start by saying that I never give 5 stars. Ocean Plumbing Inc. deserves 5 stars! They ran a new sewer line for me and advised me about some other plumbing issues and things that were done improperly in my home. My toilet had a part that was not working correctly and they reset that for me at no charge. They have very reasonable prices and were also willing to do a payment plan if I needed. I am really satisfied with all of the work that they did and their willingness to accommodate me. I highly recommend them. more

Impressive Plumbing Service 2/24/2014

Ocean Plumbing has done several jobs for me. Each one was done satisfactorily and with great speed. They responded in a timely manner and did the analysis of what needed to be done. In one case they installed some valves but they had trouble moving the washing machines. They then devised a fairly intuitive way of getting it out of the way so I was impressed with them for that. more

Ocean Plumbing performed a couple of kitchen drain clog issues and everything's been fine. The technicians or servicemen who came out have been good in taking care of the problem promptly. more

My experience with Ocean Plumbing Inc was fine. They gave me an appraisal for putting natural gas service into my house. The price was so high it was unacceptable, so I didn't end up using them. But they were very pleasant to deal with. more

Ocean Plumbing did a good job for us. We had a leak in the second story bathroom that we didn't know the origin of. They were able to determine what the problem was then repaired it right away by installing a new ring. We had another slight problem soon after their repair, but it was because one of our children stopped up the toilet, and I broke the new ring as plunged it. They came back promptly to fix it for us though. We thought they were very courteous and professional to deal with. We would recommend their services. more

Friendly and he knows what he's doing 12/11/2013

James from Ocean Plumbing has done multiple jobs for me like unclogged a sink at my current house and replaced a garbage disposal. I just bought a house that required extensive plumbing repair so he fixed the pipes and stuff like that. The only thing I'm really arguing with him about is I need him for another job and I'm trying to beat down the price. Other than that, he's friendly and he knows what he's doing. more

Customer service on phone and tech were very good. $200.00 plus to install a standard toilet seemed a bit expensive. Toilet is not working properly now. Might be the toilet which I purchased for the install is the problem. more

Fast response and great customer service! 11/26/2013

We had Ocean Plumbing Inc. out to do a hydrostatic test. It went fine. The plumber showed up, he provided his service, and then he left. This was our first time using their company. I called them and they provided the service within the same day. more

Just in time! 11/25/2013

I gave Ocean Plumbing a high score because they responded pretty quickly. Timing was very important to me, and I couldn't get anyone to come out here. But Ocean Plumbing came and did the reroute I needed, and they put the area back together when the work was done. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for. It was not the lowest price, but I didn't have any problems with them. more
