Higginbotham & Son fixed my A/C and saved my life! My husband called our home warranty company when our A/C went out in the beginning of September. I have pets and children and all of us were miserable. The home warranty company sent Higginbotham & Son. The girl who called to schedule the appointment said her first available appointment was the next day. She was very nice and after I explained my situation she said that she would try to tweak the schedule and fit me in. She called half hour later and had someone out in about an hour. The techs were awesome, Arvin and Steven were helpful, Within an hour the house was cooling down. i had to call them again last week for my heater, again the office girl was quite helpful and got me someone the same day. She even sent the same techs. i would recommend Higginbotham & Son to all my family and friends!!!
