these people are scam artists. don't believe a thing they say. if their lips are moving..they are lying. i purchase 4 new tires for $941. A little higher than i would normally pay, but they promised free rotation every 5k miles (if you don't,it voids your warranty) and that would get me some tires i could depend on for 60k± miles. \r

so i go in on a Saturday for my first rotation...just under the 5k miles. they didn't have time to fit me in, but did schedule me an appointment for 4 o'clock the next Tuesday. the man said it would take 30 minutes or less. i took off an hour and a half early from work and was there at 3:59. all 4 the bays were empty, but the place was full. i gave them my keys and sat down. 40 minutes later, they hadn't even started. That's how they treat customers once they already have your money....you go to the end of the line. i came in TWICE to their store for my rotation, gave up 1.5 hours off my paycheck, and didn't get my rotation because i had to leave for an other appointment at 5. if you want to be lied to, given the runaround and treated like your time is worth nothing, this is the place to come.
