Y2K Jewelers is #1 as far as honesty and customer service I couldn't be happier. I initially went in to Y2K to buy a jewelry box and John and his daughter ended up taking a diamond bracelet I had to sell on consignment for 3 months. I was worried about selling it on eBay because you never know who your dealing with there. Y2K had my bracelet a little less than 1 month and already found a buyer for it. John has his own inventory to sell but rather than sell his own bracelet, he sold mine. John knew I am having financial difficulty and he went above and beyond my expectations. Without having the full payment from his buyer, John has already given me $500.00 from the sale of the bracelet, because I needed it so badly. I can't say enough good things about John and his staff. I wish I would have known John when I bought that bracelet, because he is an honest and sophisticated jeweler and business owner and he makes such beautiful jewelry and for fair prices. I will never buy anything anywhere else. My boyfriends dad is also a jeweler and when we get married John is going to be the jeweler that makes my ring. It's not always easy to leave an expensive piece of jewelry at a store for anything, cleaning, repair, consignment, but I felt very comfortable with John at Y2K in San Dimas from day 1 and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know.
