Hammond Knoll purchased a carpet cleaning business that I had previously used and recommended to others. They did professional, excellent work. When I called to schedule another appointment, I learned that Hammond Knoll had assumed control of the business though the former owner still has some involvement in its administration. They do a professional job and an excellent job. They answer all questions, are very polite, and offered to move things. In general, they are very helpful and courteous.
