My 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 4WD Crew Cab threw a code and all but stopped on the highway…I called your service department from I-5 after I couldn’t rev it up past 2500 rpm and told the rep what was going on. He was polite and said he thought I better try to get it into the shop to be looked at and also gave me the number of a tow company.\r

Jon and your crew got right on figuring out what was wrong, and let me know they thought it was a throttle body problem. They had cleared the code, told me the anticipated price of the part, and gave me their thoughts on the issue. We had already been on the highway a couple of hours and we were tired.
