I had Moxie come out because we just moved into our new home and there were a few spiders inside. The guy who sprayed was very nice, and told me a lot about the spray he was using. He also did something in the walls, and put out some spider traps. I hope I don't have to call them back between their regular services and I haven't seen any more spiders since about a week after he first sprayed but if I do call them back, they said it would be free because of the warranty. Score!
