I saw a few spiders in the basement and even though my quarterly service is just in a couple of weeks, they were glad to come out and take care of them right away. Oscar and Art were very professional and noticed some cobwebs, so they took care of those as well. I appreciate the reminder call of when they are coming and making sure the day works for me, and also calling ahead the day of service and saying they will be there in 45 min. or so. I've been happy with the service. more

I love Moxie Pest Control! They are all about customer service and it's amazing!!! 10 minutes after a technician arrived at my house, I receive a call from their customer service verifying all of my information, making sure I understand the contract, and asking if I had any questions. Once the tech, Oscar, was done spraying the house, he told me that he saw a lot of spiderwebs and egg sacs in our garage and that he really sprayed the entire garage to make sure to get rid of everything. I was highly satisfied with the service I received today and I will be referring everyone to Moxie! Thank you so much!!! more

Their service is great. Oscar Ruiz comes to our house and he is always prompt and professional. We haven't had ANY trouble with spiders, ants or other critters getting into our house! Thank you! more

Decent pest control- do what they say they will. I thought the sales person was very pushy- but I needed wasp control and so I signed. They have done a good job and whenever I have problems in between treatments they have been good to come out right away. No complaints about the quality of service or dependability. I don't think they are a scam, but I do think they need to change their approach so people don't feel so pressured. That alone makes me question my decision, although, as I said, they have given quality service and been timely and respectful. more

While the technicians were nice and carried themselves in a professional fashion, the selling of their service is exaggerated -- and when trying to cancel, was painfully difficult. They continued to send people -- and are extremely pushy. The service, imo, is not worth it -- and I have a feeling these guys' are running a scam. more

Alvin came out to service our house and was very professional. The girls in the office were very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I have been impressed with their services and products since they started this past summer. We have not had any pest problems since they started regularly servicing our property quarterly. I had Moxie come out because we just moved into our new home and there were a few spiders inside. The guy who sprayed was very nice, and told me a lot about the spray he was using. He also did something in the walls, and put out some spider traps. I hope I don't have to call them back between their regular services and I haven't seen any more spiders since about a week after he first sprayed but if I do call them back, they said it would be free because of the warranty. Score! more

BEWARE! BEWARE! Moxie Pest Control Utah is a ripoff company. I dont know why I signed the contract, but the highly trained sales rep promised alot of stuff and didnt deliver. They promised to set mouse traps for our home on their first visit but didnt. \r \r After their first spray inside our home our entire family fell ill with fever and cough for about a week. I wrote them a letter to inform them of that and they insisted their products are safe.\r \r We asked them to cancel the contract since they did not keep their part of the bargain but they keep sending us notices for breach of contract. \r \r We kept replying to them saying they were the ones who breached the contract and we owe them nothing, but they keep sending us the bill. \r \r DO NOT SIGN or use Moxie Pest Control Utah, they are a terrible pest control company. Besides, if they are as good as they say they are then why REQUIRE people to sign a contract? This should've been the first RED FLAG for us but I was too naive to even notice. Dont make the same mistake we did, save your money and go with any other reputable Pest Control company who actually dont require you to sign a contract to serve you. \r \r Also, don't believe all the positive reviews they have online, they hired a Reputation Manager to take care of these. Trust me I know, I am an online marketer and I know all the tricks these companies use to fool people into believing that they do good service. Don't trust anything you read online, no one is policing this medium. Good luck and save yourself the headache and being scammed by Moxie Pest Control Utah. more

Eric and Andrew were very nice and helpful technicians but overall not a great company. There are inconsistencies within each services. Their product did not control or wasps or lawn grubs. Also, different stories on if spray was safe to be around infants and animals. more
