whatever you do, make sure you have a 2nd computer at home to use. Because the one you get back from them, wont ever work the same. It will be in worse shape. I have no USB use anymore since bringing to them. I should have known better when I went to pick it up and all they were concerned about was logging me on to google to give them an excellent rating before I even had a chance to get my computer home. :=( Larry I guess you don't have a money back guarantee? Oh wait, you never gave me anything in writing or a receipt. stupid me for not asking. But then again, I am the customer and you are a business. Do you know I had to reset my phone because you all managed to mess that up as well? Larry, I am an unhappy customer, it happens. Get over it. You never gave me an estimate, you never told me what you all did and you never FIXED my computer. PERIOD!!!!! Matter of fact, it is worse off.
