whatever you do, make sure you have a 2nd computer at home to use. Because the one you get back from them, wont ever work the same. It will be in worse shape. I have no USB use anymore since bringing to them. I should have known better when I went to pick it up and all they were concerned about was logging me on to google to give them an excellent rating before I even had a chance to get my computer home. :=( Larry I guess you don't have a money back guarantee? Oh wait, you never gave me anything in writing or a receipt. stupid me for not asking. But then again, I am the customer and you are a business. Do you know I had to reset my phone because you all managed to mess that up as well? Larry, I am an unhappy customer, it happens. Get over it. You never gave me an estimate, you never told me what you all did and you never FIXED my computer. PERIOD!!!!! Matter of fact, it is worse off. more

Warning, they will not give you an estimate when you drop off your computer. And here is the best part, they do NOT have any guarantee on their service. I have never had to work with anyone who does not guarantee thier work. They don't know what customer satisfaction is. more

Being from out of town, I was very nervous about bringing my computer anywhere to be fixed. I usually have a local guy back in PA who takes good care of me. A good friend of mine here in Florida referred me. I have to say it was a pleasant experience. I really felt like they knew what they were doing. I was told it might take one to two days when I dropped off the laptop. They managed to get be backup in running in about 4 hours. If your from out of town, I highly recommend these people. more
