The whole experience was fantastic as car buying experiences go. First and foremost, my family went because of the initial work by internet salesperson Lisa Madiara. I sent her my initial description of what we wanted in a car, and what we were looking to pay. I made it clear that we would be off-put by hidden costs and and price-raising extras that many other dealers engage in. She responded by being tremendously up front with all costs, as well as, most importantly, finding the near perfect car in stock. When we arrived on Saturday, she brought Chay in to work with us, and the two of them worked very well together. Like Lisa, Chay was tremendously friendly, and extremely clear on the costs we would incur. As we completed the deal, we were so very pleased to see that no last minute ""costs"" came up like so many other dealers tend to find. We left with both a beautiful new automobile and a desire to do business with everyone involved again the next time we need to.
