I was scheduled to have a full duct cleaning per recommendation by my AC service man on June7. The young man showed up promptly and began a full review of our duct system. He almost immediately determined that although a full trunk line cleaning was recommended, he would be unable to adequately service the lines. Between an antiquated construction design, & that the main trunk lines had been enclosed with drywall nearly 40 years prior, it would be impossible to do a guaranteed service. Another duct cleaning company had come to the house & given me an estimate, & never mention the in-accessible trunk line!! Their price was nearly $135 higher (with a 35 "discount!). I have no doubt they would have "cleaned" my ducts & my wallet, & never advised about the trunk lines!!! Thank you Ductworks for being fair & HONEST!!! I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone!!!
