Ain't that sweet!
I would not recommend this contractor and suggest you stay away. Sweetwater Pool Service made a mistake in communicating their cost setting false expectations on my end putting me in a corner, forcing me to decide to work with them as they had my credit card on file.
Here is what happened: and as told that it would cost me $85 for someone to go to my house and give me a diagnosis on what was wrong with the pool. Their staff called me back to get a credit card before this person drives up to the house. Which was fine and I gave them my card number.
They called me when at the house to tell me what the problem was and I asked if the service call (of $85) would be used towards the bill for the repairs if I decided to use them and the person said yes.
I then get a call 5 minutes later by the same person telling me the service call would now not be included giving me an ultimatum, telling me their technician would leave the house if I did not agree for them to do the work
If the technician left I would loose $85, if they did the job, it could take up to 2 hours but with no confirmation of how much the final cost would be.
Pretty shady.
