I had a very great experance with quitting smoking with positive changes. My husband quiet a 2 pack a day habbit and lossed 70 pounds 2 years ago. I was so jealous so I went back for the weight loss. I had not listen to the tapes at home for stopping smoking but quit anyway. Now it is so relaxing listening to my tapes. I have loss 40 pounds in 3 months. The best part is the other things in my life have changes. I don't get anxity attacks ,road rage, pain is not so intense, I like my husband again, and I like being in the public. I would tell anyone that wants things to change in thier lives to come to positive changes. It is easy.
