I rented one of the larger one bedroom apartments and it's the perfect size, includes washer and dryer in the kitchen. There are only two drawbacks - fairly minor ones at that - the walls are thin so a fair bit of noise from the neighbors. Fortunately, they're reasonably quiet other than I can hear footsteps overhead constantly. The other drawback is the bathroom is small and can't open two of the cupboards fully as the doors hit the toilet.
I'm away a fair amount due to work and personal situation but don't have to worry much about security or anything else. The grounds are clean and well kept, the staff is always pleasant, the sidewalk are well maintained, a big plus as parking is a fair distance from the apartment.
Overall, it's a great location and a fine place to live.
