I recently had a staircase installed in my house. My husband picked this company because when Giuseppe came to give a quote, he took measurements and showed quality work in pictures. Unfortunately, he sent unskilled workers who installed one side of the staircase which was 2 inches short and did not replace all the posts so they do not match. Also on that same side there was a large not in the stringer on an open staircase. He also didn't match the steps and some are darker than others on the same flight. Then he sent other mechanics to fix the botched job and they were here from 9:30 am till 9:30 pm and was so exhausted and didn't do finished work. I would not recommend this company.
