Numerous times we did not receive calls back. Installers were 3 1/2 hours late and we were not notified that they would be late until we called. They did not return the sink drain or disposal connections they removed. when we called and requested they be returned immediately; they promised to look into it and call back. we never heard from them and had to go and purchase new ($163). I would never recommend them or use them again.
