A package I was expecting was rerouted to this PO when I moved. By calling my the NYC PO in the neighborhood I used to live in, I found a package long missing had indeed been sent here more than a week earlier.
I called Cathedral to find out if they had it. They put me on hold---for 1/2 hour. No one came on, no one said ""please hold for a few minutes,"" or ""give me two minutes,"" they just put on the recording the second I told them I was calling to track a package. ,I's just their way of saying ""FU, customer, we hate you and we don't want no customers.""
The USPS needs to root out the rot in this pit and replace incompetent, belligerent staff with federal employees grateful to be earning a living wage, not entitlement thieves who feel it is their constitutional right to do nothing in exchange for an honorable paycheck and a generous pension.
Then the USPS goes whining about how it can't compete with the corporate shills at UPS and Fedex because it can't get proper funding. Uh uh. It's because there's so little accountability inside this rotted shell of an institution.
