Massage Works is one of the worst places I have ever been. I love the massage therapists, they are great! The management, that's a different story. If you have a membership, be sure to cancel in writing, and make sure to keep a copy of that cancelation letter. Be careful when you do cancel because your card will continue to be charged and any credits you have make sure to use them before you leave otherwise they will mysteriously disappear. I found out that if you put the tip for your therapist on your card, they either don't get it, or only get a small portion of it, so please give your tip in cash. If you do have any issues, unfortunately you will actually have to go to the office and try to handle it in person because Rob does not return phone calls or emails. He really doesn't care. When you do get in touch with him, he places the blame on his employees, IT guy (which he doesn't have), or will say the computer did it without his knowledge. I'm sorry, but the guy is an idiot, in my opinion.
I do not recommend this place at all!!! The owner is the worst!! If the place changes ownership, I may go back, but until then, I will never go near the place again.
