I don't know how they stay in business, probably because the consumer is fooled by their low pricing. Beware, you might have to pay for work that was "not in their proposal" so make sure you understand exactly what you are getting for the price. They don't return phone calls, after they cash your check, you will never hear from them again if you have a problem.
