Installers left my house clean.. Bad: The sales agent had no idea about basic technical facts of the system he is selling. Performed no measurements of the house to make sure the size of the HVAC system is appropriate.
The phone number of the company does not work.
During the HVAC installation, they had a hard time to complete the setup and left the furnace blower settings at default which was inapropriate for the size of the outdoor unit.. Improvements: If they fix what is listed above and below, that would be great. I could even tolerate that the furnace is not air sealed perfectly at the interface with the floor. Yes, the air blows through many holes.... Other: When I gave them a check with a specific pay date (3 business days delay - 8/31/2011), they REWROTE the date to 8/26/2011 and cashed the check on the next business day effectively overdrafting my account causing lots of troubles. They cashed the check on the day after Huricane Irene when many businesses did not work but they were greedy enough to cash the check 2 days earlier..
