I am reading that puppy petite is a bad place because some people's puppies are having health issues. I am also hearing some good stuff, too. Mostly good stuff. Anyways, puppies are not like things that are made in a factory that are all perfect when they are born. Some puppies have health issues and some don't. Just because some people's dogs they got there ended up sick, doesn't mean it's a puppy mill. Puppies are all different and some are born with health problems and some don't. It's nature and its not puppy pretties fault.
