This place is FANTASTIC! I had never boarded my 10 year old Shitzu before and was frantic over doing so for 5 days. I found Philadelphia Pet Hotels and after visiting knew this was a great place to put my little guy. They were extremely helpful, nice and understanding of my nerves. The morning I dropped him off, Jared overheard me speaking with the front desk staff and came out to introduce himself and give me his card so I could e-mail/call any time to put my mind at ease. I wound up e-mailing Jared the next day (Thanksgiving) to check in and see how my dog was doing. I received an e-mail back almost immediately and it completely put me at ease. Jared and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and clearly care about the animals and love what they do. My dog came back just as happy as when I dropped him off which spoke volumes as to the treatment he received. I could not be more thrilled with Philadelphia Pet Hotels and will recommend them 1000 times over!
