On several occasions I've had the pleasure of having the opportunity to interact with Donna Vidal and I would really like the pleasure to say she is a wonderful asset to your company. It's an unfortunate situation you are in to begin with but Donna makes it as effortless and painless as possible. I MUST SAY DONNA IS WONDERFUL!!! It's is such a pleasure to work with her when calling your company. Thank you for having someone like Donna and taking the time to hear me. I hope that Donna would receive some sort of well deserved recognition and maybe an earned incentive. Employees like Donna are rare gems anymore and Medstay is very lucky to have her.
