Dropped off two pairs of pants to be hemmed. I was told they would be done in 1 week. Went back to pick them up on the day I was told they would be done. When I tried to pick them up, I was told that they were still working on them and they would be ready in 15 minutes. So I went to lunch and when I returned, the pants were not done. She said ""I thought you weren't coming back"". I said ""I will be back. For $18 to hem a pair of pants, they should be done when promised. A courtesy call would be nice."" The owner looked at me with a smirk and pointed her fat finger on a sign that was taped to the top of the counter (where my pants were laying when I dropped them off.) To call before picking up. They she walked away from me and left me standing there. I don't know if I will ever get my pants and I am out $36.
