Dropped off two pairs of pants to be hemmed. I was told they would be done in 1 week. Went back to pick them up on the day I was told they would be done. When I tried to pick them up, I was told that they were still working on them and they would be ready in 15 minutes. So I went to lunch and when I returned, the pants were not done. She said ""I thought you weren't coming back"". I said ""I will be back. For $18 to hem a pair of pants, they should be done when promised. A courtesy call would be nice."" The owner looked at me with a smirk and pointed her fat finger on a sign that was taped to the top of the counter (where my pants were laying when I dropped them off.) To call before picking up. They she walked away from me and left me standing there. I don't know if I will ever get my pants and I am out $36. more

I have been using Anita's alterations for years to have my clothes altered (especially my dresses). I'm vertically challenged and usually when things fit me around my waist they're to big and loose fitting aroung my shoulders area. Anita's has done a fantastic job of making things fit and look great on me! I would highly recommend her for clothes alterations. I haven't used her for curtains or alterations other than clothes so I can't honestly comment on that. more

I received the absolute worst customer service possible from this store. I went in to have drapes cut and sewn from material I purchased. It took 3 weeks on a job she told me face to face took her an hour to do and after promising they'd be done within a week. Then she cut my material incorrectly and told me it was my wife's fault because EVERY woman would know they had to specify if they needed their drapes cut in a ""valiant"" style. Finally when I brought the drapes back and told her she cut them the wrong way she insisted it was my fault, lied to me and told me to leave. more
