The owner of Pet Planet has always been helpful and friendly, quite knowledgeable about the animals he sells. The store isn't dirty, and it doesn't reek. I have been to plenty of pet stores and that's what it smells like. I have had things I had to return before and was quite pleased with how well I was treated, they swapped the product out right away with no hassles and continued to offer the same great service every time I go in there. If the owner doesn't have what I need, he will tell me where I can go to get it, and that is the kind of service you don't find at many pet stores!
