I would have liked to get more of my deposit back, however I understood why I didn't because they had to re-paint almost every room in the house, etc. However, throughout the time that I lived in the house, they were very responsive to my needs and were very easy going when it came to letting me paint, change some of the landscaping in the backyard, etc. If I move back to the area I will turn to Boardwalk first to see if they have any homes available.
