My whole family went to this vet for over 20 years. The Drs are great. The office staff are very slow. However, I recently decided not to go back because of the office manager. He has a horrible manager. I took my dog for a procedure and when I came back they were charging me more than what we had agreed on when I left. The office manager was so rude. He told me I am not flexible or gratiful. He was very childish stating that this is not a mechanics and the price can change. I told him that Ive been coming here for over 20 yrs and this is isnt exceptable. In return he said I can go ELSEWHERE. So I told him I didnt care for him or his attitude and he responding by the feeling is mutual.\r
Anywhere were an office manager is going to tell the customer of 20 yrs that they are ungratiful, unflexible and they dont like them isnt the place for me
