Very Poor Service!! I had excellent service when I went to Into The Garden in Dallas. The Manager Don was extremely helpful. The furniture was delivered in a very timely manner but was damaged. Several of the chairs were worn & had gashes so deep that you could see the base of the silver metal. There were also scratches throughout all the chairs (ex. arm rest, legs of chairs.) The cast iron table and cushions were in good condition as expected. I asked to return the chairs for new ones but was only given the option to have them touched up with paint. For the cost of these items ($400 each) this is unacceptable!! When you order new furniture you should get new furniture.... Be very careful, as the store location is extremely helpful and great but you items may not Hope this helps.... more
