I had a need for an air conditioning and heating company to come out and potentially repair a unit in my house. I called AC Heating & Cooling Services this morning at about 9 o'clock and got a commitment from them to come out to my house between 10:00 and 12:00 and they did meet that commitment. After looking at the unit, it was determined that it would need a part, so they committed to getting the part, return the same day, and fix it, which they did.
