The doctors are ok, I have one maybe two that I go visit when I am sick. I have many instances of being told I need a follow up, schedule a follow up and go to the follow up to find out that no one has record of the doctor saying I need it. I have asked for a signed doctor note to go back to work, doctor was on vacation and no one told me for three days that I called asking for it. Call to make appointment and I am put on hold immediately. Staff is so flustered and unorganized and unprofessional. What put me over is I went in Friday with a serious wrist problem, but I didn't want to pay urgent care copay. They sent me in for an xray, said I would be called in a few hours with results, nothing. Called today (monday) to check on them and the doctor left town. Staff is rude, waits are outrageous, and only 2 out of the entire staff cares about you. Go elsewhere.
