In good faith, I ordered some parts for my GE gas stovetop from these people. When I received the items, my husband put the items away in the garage (he was helping to straighten up the house :-) ) without me being able to inspect them for accuracy. When I found them a month later, I opened them up and found the wrong product inside. I carefully repackaged them and called the company to ask for an exchange since I was sent the wrong items. They informed me that there was nothing they could do for me since it was a backordered item and past 30 days. So, I have ended up losing $139.00 because of my experience with them. I highly recommend dealing with a different company otherwise they may send you the wrong products and then refuse to take them back. BEWARE! more
