Do NOT use this company. I called 2 weeks before my wedding to get a price quote for 2 vans, 12 people. I repeated myself 3 times to ensure that they had an exact idea of what I was asking for. I was quoted $250 round trip both vans. I clarified the price a few times as well. I called to book about a week and a half later, spoke to another lady and again, reverified the information about the ride and price. I set the reservation with the company that day, again quoted $250, 2 vans, 12 people. My wedding day arrives, not only do they show up 5-10 minutes late, no one calls to tell us where they are parked so it takes another few minutes for us to realize they are on the other side of the hotel. This is where it REALLY begins. They arrive with 1 van, and to make matters worse, the driver brought his wife! So we had one van, 5 seats, and they were late. They offer to call another van, but it is too late, the entire bridal party can't be late. I wanted to have a designated cab ride for the bridal party so they did not have to worry about drinking and driving. On the ride they tell us they want $250 for one van. This was an outrage. After my husband to be calls the manager and is told ""Don't ever call us again"" for complaining about the difference in price from what we were quoted, we ended up paying $100 for a one way trip 10 miles down the road. I was disgusted with their service. I even had the names of the women I spoke to BOTH times, but the manager did not care. i DO NOT recommend this company to anyone, as they are not an honest company.
