I took several large bags stuffed with my deceased parent?s financial papers and some of my own documents to Docu-Stor to have them shredded. The company stated that the papers would be shredded the same day and that I would receive a certified letter reporting that my documents were indeed shredded. It has been over a month and I have not received any letter or other correspondence from this company saying the work has been done. I called two weeks ago and asked about the letter and was told it would be sent out. No letter has arrived. I am now wondering what has happened to my documents. Are they shredded or just tossed in a landfill somewhere? I will not do business with this company ever again.
