Alicia was an excellent sales rep for Acura. Her knowledge of the product from the time I test drove the vehicle to taking delivery was terrific. She has a very nice way about her, personable yet professional. She was knowledgeable and anything she felt needed confirmation about, she wasn't shy to double check just to be sure we were satisfied and given the correct information. The dealership has been very accomodating as far as working with us negotiating, delivery time of auto, working with my schedule for the after delivery installation of running boards and the loaner of a car plus a coupon for a car wash. So far, I have been pleased and love my MDX! Of course, I already heard from people at work, that I will not be disappointed with the personnel at the dealership, which is partially why I sought out Piazza Acura of West Chester.
