My overall experience with Mark as a salesperson and representative was great. I new which vehicle I wanted, based on internet / website research. Met Mark as I was walking in the doors, asked if the dealership participated in x-plan pricing, went for a test drive, got the price and purchased the ford escape that I wanted.
The only downside of the experience was the hard sell of add-ons from the sales manager, this includes the extended warranty and paint / leather protector. There was a point during that discussion that I said if Ford makes cars that are in so bad of need of an extended warranty I'll trade mine in after four years and makes sure everyone I know how poor of quality of a product I bought.
